Unlike most repairers, Device Doctor offers a lifetime warranty on all original parts used. Our high quality generic parts (OEM) are covered by our 6 month warranty.
Liquid damage repairs are temperamental and are not guaranteed as the fault can reappear or get worse after a period of time.
Warranties only cover the parts replaced for defects and does not cover any physical damage
Please ensure you backup your unit before sending it to us. We will do our utmost to retain any data on your unit, however we cannot be held responsible for lost data.
Walk-In
Mobile device repairs are typically quick, we can usually get you in and out in 45 minutes with some models taking only 15 minutes (Available parts dependent). Certain devices such as tablets and laptops take a little longer, possibly up to 72 hours depending on the fault and parts availability. A complimentary loan phone is offered on any repairs that may take longer.

Our technicians have a mobile credit card machine for your convenience.
EFT
Payment can be made online and proof of payment can be given to the technician before he leaves, alternatively send the proof of payment to info@devicedoctor.co.za

You can give the cash to the technician and he will notify us of the payment.
